SAIR, West Bank - Israeli police shot and killed a construction worker from this West Bank village Sunday after he used a rope to scale a towering wall meant to keep Palestinians from sneaking into Israel, police and a witness said.   The Israelis know how to deal quickly and effectively with those who invade their country. They kill them on the spot. To protect America, we need to learn this lesson from the Israelis....

Do it to them before they do it to you.

Like it or not, Americans are going to learn this lesson. Unfortunately, they'll only learn it when it's nearly too late. That's the American way.   Someday, we'll have another catastrophic terrorist attack on our soil and, once again, our officials will say, "Nobody could have imagined....."

 OBAMA GOES TO CHURCH

It was widely reported that the president and his family trekked across Lafayette Park on foot to attend St. John's Episcopal Church last Sunday. We all thought it was because he wanted to demonstrate to doubters that he really was a Christian. That is what the media and the White House wanted you to think.

Now we find out that the speaker at St. John's Church on that Sunday was Dr. Ziad Asali, M.D., a Muslim and president of the American Task Force on Palestine. He was there to speak on the subject of the "Prospects Of A Two-State Solution in the Middle East".

Dr. Ziad J. Asali is described as a "a long time activist on Middle East issues" who has testified to both chambers of Congress about Palestinian interests, increased U.S. aid to the Palestinian authority and Israel's "disproportionate use of force in Gaza".

Several questions come to mind. Does this pass for a Christian church service at St. John's? Liberals in the church and in the academy tend to be big on separation of church and state except when they want to advocate for some political issue from the pulpit.

Did this religious service deepen the family's Christian faith? That is presumably why you take the family to church. Were his pre-teen daughters spiritually elevated with the subject of this sermon?

But then I remember that they were exposed to large doses of liberation theology from birth from their former pastor for 20 years, Jeremiah Wright, whose theology perfectly matched Obama's father's anti-colonialism by white Europeans and economic imperialism by Americans. This subject at this church then fits right into that context so maybe they were listening after all.

Episcopalians are not big on amens from the congregation so I must believe this was a quiet and dignified service apart from the inevitable stir occurring with any presidential visit.

How happy should American Jews in general be about this promotion of Palestinian interests disguised as a church service? Do they have good reason to believe that mainline Christianity is awash with this kind of political sermonizing?

Does it help explain the increasing decline in mainline Protestantism numbers and influence? Does the issue of gay marriage in the Episcopal clergy, an issue now splintering that church; have any connection with their general political advocacy of gay marriage from the pulpit?

And finally, why was none of this covered by the mainstream press? They were big on reporting that Obama attended church but for some reason thought that the sermon topic and religion of the man in the pulpit was none of our business. It is hard not to believe that a reporter did not follow Obama into the church.

Are sermon subjects off limits for reporters even if they are entirely political in nature and even if they are delivered by Muslims in Christian churches? Did no one think it worthwhile to access this information on the church website? Is there a conspiracy of silence by the mainstream media on issues that just might confirm some of the suspicions now circulating in the general public?

Those who support the building of a Muslim mosque near Ground Zero in New York City claim that anyone who opposes the mosque is violating their freedom of religion. That's a specious, ad hominem argument. It's propaganda. Even worse, it's a blatant lie. It's a cunning attempt to distort and misinterpret our Constitution to manipulate public opinion. No one objects to Muslims practicing their religion. What Americans object to is the building of a mosque by our Muslim enemies to symbolize their conquest of our nation.

The First Amendment to the US Constitution states, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.... " 

Congress has made no law prohibiting Muslims from exercising their religion. Muslims are still free to pray to Allah and exercise their religion everywhere in America. However, the people of the United States are saying clearly they don't want Muslims desecrating the hallowed ground that is Ground Zero, profaning the memory of the 3,000 innocents who were killed on 9-11. Under our Constitution, we can prevent the Muslims from doing that.

Further, there's nothing in the First Amendment about building religious buildings. In fact, there are already more than 100 mosques in New York City.

Americans are objecting to Muslims who are insensitive to the emotions surrounding the killing of 3,000 innocent civilians by Muslim terrorists on September 11, 2001. The First Amendment guarantees our right to speak out against those who support and glorify Muslim terrorists.

Americans have never protested any religious group from building any structure in America, religious or otherwise, until now. This exceptional protest against building a mosque at Ground Zero in New York City is legitimate and legal. Members of any group, including religious groups, dedicated to killing innocent Americans or destroying our nation must not be allowed to do anything in our country. They must not be allowed to remain among us.

We have the right to life, liberty, property and the pursuit of happiness. Anyone who threatens these rights must be captured and deported or otherwise disposed of as quickly as possible, before they can carry out their threats. Since the Obama administration has already labeled innocent American citizens as "terrorists," patriotic Americans must do that to any Muslims who threaten life, liberty or property in our country. We cannot let terrorists live among us. If the federal government will not protect us from harm, we'll have to do it ourselves.

Personally I want the Muslims to build a mosque at Ground Zero in New York City. A mosque would symbolize our murderous Muslim enemy and rally all American patriots. It would serve as a focal point for all our fury toward our Islamic enemy.

The infuriating presence of a Muslim mosque at that hallowed site would also be the natural target for the next terrorist attack in America. When we turn the hated mosque into rubble, we can feel we did our duty and avenged the innocent victims of 9-11. That's what patriots do to America's enemies.

Barack Obama claims to be a lawyer. However, he has no grasp of the US Constitution. I just read another article stating, "President Obama affirmed the constitutional right to build a mosque on private property." He's wrong.

There is no Constitutional right to build a mosque or any other building, regardless how much Obama wants to twist, stretch and distort our Constitution. This is something he made up to exercise his compulsion to say something about everything, filing the air with more of his meaningless words.

"Article III, Sec. 2, clause 2 of the US Constitution says:

"In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction."

In other words, Judge Susan Bolton of the US District Court for the Arizona District has absolutely no Constitutional jurisdiction over the Arizona case upon which she ruled. As the Constitution makes abundantly clear, only the US Supreme Court can issue rulings that involve a state.

Neither Judge Bolton nor the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, to which the case is being appealed, have any legal standing whatsoever to rule on the issue.

Thus, US Attorney General Eric Holder filed the federal government's lawsuit against the state of Arizona in a court that has no authority to hear the case.

Also, the Constitution specifically allows an individual state to wage war against a neighboring country in the event of an invasion, should there be a dangerous delay or inaction on the part of the federal government. 

In Article I, Section 10 of the US Constitution, we find these words: "No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay."

No one who is actually familiar with the crisis at the southern border can deny that Arizona is endangered by the relentless assault of lawless Mexican invaders who ignore our laws, inundate our schools and medical facilities with unpaid bills, and even endanger the very lives of citizens with criminal drug cartels that engage in kidnapping, murder, human trafficking, and other mayhem, including aiming missile and grenade launchers directly at US border cities from just across the Mexican border.

This is every bit as much of an invasion as the nation of Iran sending in a fleet of warships to the Port of Charleston.

The Constitution that forms the basis of the rule of law in this country says that Arizona has legal right to protect itself in the case of inaction or delay on the part of the federal government, including waging war in its self-defense.

This, coupled with the clear Constitutional mandate that only the Supreme Court may hear cases involving the states, should be ample legal basis for the Attorney General and attorneys representing Arizona to put the federal government back in its proper place. 

Governor Jan Brewer and the members of the Arizona legislature have ample legal reason to stand firm against the illegal bullying of an arrogant, lawless federal government.

Congress acts, but bank bill has work ahead

WASHINGTON - The far-reaching new banking and consumer protection bill awaiting President Barack Obama's signature now shifts from the politicians to the technocrats. The legislation gives regulators latitude and time to come up with new rules, requires scores of studies and, in some instances, depends on international agreements falling into place.

For Wall Street, the next phase represents continuing uncertainty. It also offers banks and other financial institutions yet another opportunity to influence and shape the rules that govern their businesses.

As usual, Obama and Congress continue blaming everyone but themselves for all the nation's ills.This time, they're blaming the banks for the nation's financial mess.

The crux of the problem is America's astronomical deficit. It's not complicated.... A deficit is the negative difference between income and spending. This is true for a person, a household or a nation.

Obama and Congress are trying to convince you the country's enormous deficit is due to our failure to give the government enough money. The truth is we have this astounding deficit because of their outrageous, out-of-control spending. They've mortgaged America's future for many generations to come and they're working hard every day to make the problem even worse.

The only way to fix this problem is to kick out all those bums and replace them with people who have a grasp of reality, basic economics and financial restraint, a sense of responsibility and the guts it takes to do what's necessary.

Think of all the Muslim terrorists being given Miranda rights and the Constitutional rights accorded American citizens. Now put that in the context of WWII, 70 years ago.

Try to imagine German, Japanese or Italian spies and saboteurs captured in the forties and being Mirandized and given our Constitutional rights. I really can't imagine that. Can you? It's unreal.  

The people of that generation, many of whom lost loved ones in that war, would have been outraged and moved to violence.  They would have burned down the Capitol, and would have strung up members of Congress, the president and his  Administration. That's because the people of that time, our parents and grandparents, were good, patriotic, courageous people who had good, old-fashioned values, they knew right from wrong, and they knew how to deal with deadly enemies, both foreign and domestic.

When we see what's happening today, what does that say about us? What kind of people are we? What have we become?

We should be ashamed.

I got my official notice from Social Security today telling me I won't be getting any cost-of-living increase in 2010. Neither will you. We'll all be getting the same monthly payment we received in 2009 because there was no increase in the cost of living. That's the law.

However, all the members of Congress will be getting a raise this coming year because Congress wrote that law, too. If you say, "THAT'S UNFAIR!" I say, "WOW! No kidding." A law doesn't have to be fair. It just has to be the law. That's what happens when you allow unscrupulous, untrustworthy rats to write laws to raise their own salaries.

I've always said there are two sets of laws in America ~ one set for US and the other set for THEM. They can do things like this because they're not afraid of us. We need to bitch-slap them and make them afraid.

Don't get mad. Get even. There's another election coming up in 2010. Anyone who votes for an incumbent is part of America's problem. Incumbent are your enemies. There's only one way to fix them. Throw the bums out. All of them. Raw force is the only language they understand. Stand on your hind legs and make yourself heard.

Our public officials and politicians have demonstrated very clearly on many occasions over the years that they're unwilling to do their duty. They're too stupid and too cowardly to defend America against Muslim terrorists. They can't be trusted to honor the oath they swore to protect and defend the Constitution. Since we can't rely on our elected officials to defend our country, the task falls to us common citizens to get the job done. 

Turn the Muslims in America loose to roam freely among us. When they've committed enough atrocities on our soil, when they've slaughtered enough innocent citizens, friends and family members, some brave Patriots will finally wake up, take the initiative and do what has to be done. But the Muslim blood will be on the hands of the politicians.

Constitution; Unconstitutional laws. . .

See, my note, below, sent to many dozens of friends and politicians around the country. I've sent this same kind message a few times. I'm still waiting for an answer from anyone.

So far, it seems I'm the only one who knows that the US Congress has no right to meddle in health care matters. Again please See: US Constitution, Article 1, Section 8 and the 10th Amendment.

In Article I, Section 8, you'll find that We, the People, gave our government the authority to deal with national matters, e.g., America's interstate and international commerce; naturalization of immigrants; coining money;  Standards of Weights and Measures; punishing counterfeiters; post offices; issue; patents and copyrights; piracy; and a few other matters.

However there's not one word in Article I that allows any government intrusion at all into health care. Politicians constantly try to twist, distort, reinterpret, misinterpret, stretch, mutilate and bastardize our Constitution and, for the past hundred years, they've been writing unconstitutional laws every day because we've let them get away with it. We don't punish them for it.

The powers we granted to the government are commonly called "the legitimate functions of government." There are no other government powers than those listed in the Constitution. In fact, the Tenth Amendment expressly prohibits their assuming or usurping any more powers than those listed. This is what "limited government" means. This was the primary purpose of the Constitution, to protect private citizens from their government. According to the Constitution, health care is not a "legitimate, constitutional function of government."

If you disagree with me, please tell me why. I don't need a long drawn-out answer. You just need to quote chapter and verse of Article I to prove me wrong.

I'm copying a couple dozen federal politicians and asking them to answer, also. I'll give them 10 days to respond.

Sobering Statistics

The U.S. Post Service was established in 1775 - they've had 234 years to get it right; it is broken and, even though heavily subsidized, it is unable to compete with private sector FedEx and UPS service.

Social Security was established in 1935 - they've had 74 years to get it right; it is broken. Freddie Mac was established in 1970 - they've had 39 years to get it right; it is broken. Together Fannie and Freddie have now led the entire world into the worst economic collapse in 80 years.

The War on Poverty was started in 1964 - they've had 45 years to get it right; $1 trillion of our hard earned money is confiscated each year and transferred to "the poor"; it hasn't worked.

Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965 - they've had 44 years to get it right; they are both broken; and now our government dares to mention them as models for all US health care.

AMTRAK was established in 1970 - they've had 39 years to get it right; last year they bailed it out as it continues to run at a loss!

This year, a trillion dollars was committed in the massive political payoff called the Stimulus Bill of 2009; it shows NO sign of working; it's been used to increase the size of governments across America, and raise government salaries while the rest of us suffer from economic hardships. It has yet to create a single new private sector job. Our national debt projections (approaching $10 trillion) have increased 400% in the last six months.

"Cash for Clunkers" was established in 2009 and went broke in 2009 - - after 80% of the cars purchased turned out to be produced by foreign companies, and dealers nationwide are buried under bureaucratic paperwork demanded by a government that is not yet paying them what was promised.

Congress has a magic touch. Everything they touch turns into garbage!

With a perfect 100% failure rate and a record that proves that every service shoved down our throats by our totally incompetent, over-reaching government turns into disaster, how could any informed American trust our government to run America's health care system ~
17% of our economy?!

Maybe each of us has a personal responsibility to let others in on this shameful record before the next election in 2010 and then remove from office all those criminals who are destroying capitalism and mortgaging our grandchildren's future ~ EVERYONE IN CONGRESS, ALL THE INCUMBENTS.

Look at the result. Are you proud of yourselves? Our bums in Congress are plowing right ahead, running at full speed, doing what they always do. It's as if we don't exist at all. They vote the way their parties tell them to vote. We, the people, don't matter.
